Recognized by the IRS as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) public-supported charity the Intermountain Spina Bifida Support Group functions to provide support to any families and individuals who live and work with Spina Bifida in Utah and in neighboring States that rely on Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City.
Board and staff members either live with Spina Bifida or support family members or friends with Spina Bifida. In addition, consulting partners are professionals who work with individuals with Spina Bifida.
We welcome the support and partnership of non-profits, businesses and philanthropic organizations and individuals interested in making a real difference in the lives of many families.
The Support Group connects through social activities, encourages development through scholarships and mini-grants, provides education relative to Spina Bifida, and advocates disability awareness.
